Mia Alexandra is an Israeli actor, writer, voice artist, and clown based in New York City. She first fell in love with theater through devised and movement-based work, making her stage debut at fifteen with a play she had written. Since then, she’s been drawn to comedy as a way to make people listen, think, and actually feel something—whether through sketch, clown, sitcoms, or the ensemble-driven projects she creates.
Mia is also an experienced voice actor, working across film, animation, commercials, and audiobooks from her impressively outfitted shoebox home studio, where she handles both performance and post-production.
Her work blends humor and vulnerability, exploring themes of identity, body, sexuality, and the stories we inherit. Offstage and outside the booth, you can usually find her in her kitchen, roasting, chopping, or pickling something—and yes, her Challahs and dinner parties really are legendary.
Whether she’s acting, writing, or producing, Mia brings her full heart, curiosity, sense of play and usually a snack, to every project.
