Hi there!
My name is Mia Alexandra. I’m an Israeli Actor, Writer, and Voice Actor, based in New York City.
For as long as I can remember, I have been obsessed with communication in all its forms. Whether it was various translating jobs, writing screenplays, studying psychology to become a certified teacher during my service in the IDF, and especially the Theater.
I got my start in acting through devised and movement-based theater, I was immediately drawn to the idea of being able to create and tell stories with my body using very little words.
My passion for learning and discovering new worlds and communities led me to New York City where I graduated with an AFA from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
Now, I am excited to create new and thought-provoking art. I’m especially passionate about female-led projects and telling stories we haven’t heard before, from people who weren’t traditionally listened to.
Oh, and also, I host the best dinner parties.
